Driveway:
- Coming to our house on Duck road, from the town of Duck, you will pass the sign Port Trinite. We are in the next driveway on the right. Pull onto the concrete driveway. You can also use the driveway with the wooden pillars. We share-own the wooden pillar driveway. So you can use it as a circle, so you don’t have to back out onto the road. There is a sand path that attaches the concrete driveway to the sand driveway with wooden pillars.
- Please do not park in the grass to the right of the basketball hoop (when looking at the house) the septic tank is under that ground.
Luggage Rack Location:
- When facing the house it is on the right side
- Open the control box and move the toggle switch to the ‘on’ location
- Use the directional keys to operate the lift
- Optional: The remote can be used to raise and lower the lift (but not turn on\off the lift)
Coffee Maker
- Drip coffee maker that requires ground coffee
Fire Place:
- Located on the top floor living room
- When facing the fireplace the switch is around the corner of the fireplace wall to the right
- Switch is on/off
TV's:
- Power on using the single remote, on the bottom of the TV screen a list of apps should appear, if not click the home button on the remote, select the ‘Spectrum’ application for TV stations
- When departing, please place the remote under the TV
Thermostats:
- 1 per level (game room along fridge wall, middle floor on foyer wall, top floor near stair railing)
- Use arrows to adjust temperature to desired level
Fire Extinguishers, there are (3) in the home:
- (1) is on the top level under the kitchen sink
- (1) is on the middle level under the sink in the living room
- (1) is on the bottom level in the washer/dryer closet
Porches:
- We hope that you are able to enjoy spending time on our outdoor porches
- Please keep furniture and objects away from the railings to avoid an unsafe situation; especially when children are present
Dogs:
- We love dogs and want to continue to keep our home dog friendly
- Please keep dogs off of all furniture (couches and beds) and remember to clean up after your furry family member.
Smoking:
- Please do not smoke in the house
- If you are going to smoke outside, please do not throw cigarette buds on the property.
Games:
- Location: middle living room in the white cabinet under the TV and in the top living room located in the wood cabinet to the left of the TV
- Please put all games away neatly so they are ready to use for the next guests
Garbage:
- Garbages are located on the side of the car port.
- Monday and Friday is garbage day. Off season (October to March) is every Monday for trash and 1st and 3rd Monday for recycling. A trash service will take out and bring in garbage cans. Trash Detail LLC (252)256-2180

Sunscreen:
- Please do not spray sunscreen in the house
Pool:
- Pool maintenance company: OBXperts (252-548-1570)
- Please review pool rules next to the pool
- Please no jumping or diving in the pool
- Please do not prop open any gates and make sure they are closed at all times
Vacuums:
- Located in the top master bedroom behind the door (cordless vacuum) and another in the middle entrance coat closet (cord vacuum)
